A little note about Tomoe River Paper:
Because the paper is only 52 GSM, it is wonderfully thin and lightweight, but you will see some ghosting (show-through), especially with darker or wetter inks. This is completely normal for thin Tomoe River Paper! With normal writing, fountain pen ink should not bleed through the page.
